CANCELLATION POLICY

A credit card is required to secure your appointment time. We request 24 hours notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service are subject to a charge equal to 100% of the value of the booked appointment.

We are a small business and we pay our therapists fairly, last minute cancellations and no-shows impact us and the therapist you have booked with significantly. Thank you for your kind consideration.

GENERAL TERMS

We ask that you arrive on time for your treatment. Should you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid inconveniencing other clients. No price adjustment will be provided in such cases.

We cannot accommodate children or pets during your treatment. Please arrange for their care prior to your visit.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All descriptions of Services or Service pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of Collective Skin Care.
